Description
Our Carrier is designed to convert most 3-point mounted toolbars into a pull-type implement, offering enhanced safety, efficiency, and productivity in the field. By shifting the weight off the tractor, it improves transport safety and enables you to carry significantly more product—up to 12 tons can mounted directly to the tongue. This means fewer fill-ups and more time in the field. We offer multiple models to suit a variety of toolbar configurations and operational needs.

To suit a variety of needs, we offer two Carrier models, each built to accommodate different toolbar configurations and product application setups. The integrated 3-point system allows for down pressure, transferring weight from the Carrier to the toolbar for better ground contact and application consistency. Adjusting the toolbar height is quick and precise with a reliable electronic switch, allowing for easy and hassle-free changes.

​The Carrier’s axle assembly mirrors the design of our larger toolbars, allowing for the use of large floater tires that help reduce soil compaction and protect field integrity. Features
Enhance Flexibility with Bolt-On Lower Lugs
Our carrier is equipped with bolt-on lower lugs for fast and flexible reconfigurations. Its modular design allows you to easily adapt to one Category size or alternate between different Category sizes throughout the year—no welding or major modifications needed.
Increased Safety with Transport Lock
The carrier includes a user-friendly safety lock for transport, easily engaged by inserting a lock pin into one of two travel height setting holes. This dual-hole design accommodates taller toolbars while maintaining legal transport height. The front hole sets the lower lug at 41.5" from the ground, while the rear hole sets the lower lug at 33" from the ground.
Stay Organized with Bulkhead Plate
The integrated bulkhead keeps hydraulic and electrical components organized, reducing the risk of damage during operation and transport. It features holes for -8 and -6 bulkhead fittings, as well as standard M12 cables. It also includes a spot for the 7 pin trailer socket which is included on every Carrier. A series of additional mounting holes allow for future expansion, making the system easily customizable to meet your evolving needs.
Reduce Downtime with Routing Tube
Each carrier includes our streamlined routing tube system, borrowed from our larger toolbar designs. The removable top allows hoses and cables to be laid in quickly, simplifying accessory installation and reducing setup time. This design also protects components from damage during operation and transport, ensuring a clean and secure routing solution.
Decrease Compaction with Floater Tires
Our carrier was specifically engineered to support floater tires, addressing the critical issue of ground compaction in modern farming. By enabling larger tire configurations, the system improves weight distribution and reduces soil disturbance. This capability was a key objective in the carrier’s design, ensuring adaptability without compromising performance.
Decrease Customization with Switch Rail
Our switch rail serves multiple functions, starting with providing a convenient location for setting upper and lower 3-point height limits. These limits can be easily overridden with activating a simple switch, allowing for tool-free operation when adjustments beyond preset limits are needed. Additionally, the switch rail offers a centralized mounting point for other essential switches for GPS, rate controllers, and more.

Differences
The 7210 model has the shortest bolt-on tongue in our lineup at approximately 18 feet. This compact design enhances turning radius and maneuverability while still offering ample space for mounting equipment. This makes it a versatile choice for a wide range of field applications.

Differences
The 7220 model has the longest bolt-on tongue in our lineup at approximately 22 feet. While this design results in a larger turning radius, its primary purpose is to provide additional space for equipment installation. This makes it an ideal option for larger capacity equipment.

Advantages
Greater Ability to Reduce Compaction
One of the primary objectives with designing the Carrier was to minimize ground compaction by enabling the use of dual floater tires, which effectively distribute the vehicle’s weight across a broader surface area, reducing pressure on the soil. The design also allows for an easy integration of a Central Tire Inflation System (CTIS), enabling operators to adjust tire pressure on the go for an even greater reduction in compaction, especially in sensitive field conditions.
Toolbar Height Adjustments Made Simple
The switch rail simplifies toolbar height adjustment by allowing the operator to slide switches along the rail until the desired height is reached, making the process quick and intuitive. An upper limit switch can be set to restrict how high the toolbar lifts, which is useful for both field operation and transport scenarios. Additionally, a red toggle switch mounted alongside the height switch provides a tool-free override, enabling the 3-point hitch to temporarily exceed the set limit—especially helpful when hooking up equipment without needing to reset the limit switch.
Easy Adaption of Accessories On Tongue
The tongue of the carrier, constructed from a large rectangular tube, allows for easy adaptation of accessories due to its flat, uniform surface and structural rigidity. This design enables users to securely attach accessories using U-bolts anywhere along its length, offering flexibility in customization. Whether mounting dry meters, liquid tanks, or other equipment, the consistent shape of the tube simplifies installation and ensures a strong mounting point, without the need for welding.
