Description
InRowl product is a highly effective tool for crimping and cutting cover crops. Featuring a hydraulically controlled system with adjustable down pressure, it allows users to lift the unit by reversing the SCV from the cab. The rollers are secured with U-bolts on the main arm, enabling easy swapping of roller lengths, which makes it adaptable for both-row crimping and full swath crimping without significant costs. Additionally, it can serve as a corn stalk roller to manage residue after harvest. The adjustable guards enhance roller performance by pulling in cover from the row’s center or pushing crops away, while the tall frame height and large travel ensure efficient operation between growing crop rows for effective weed and cover crop management.
Features
Achieve Consistent Ground Contact with Individual Rollers
The InRowl crimper is designed as separate units, creating space between the rollers for efficient crimping or cutting of cover crops between cash crops. This configuration not only allows for significant travel but also requires shorter rollers, which enhance ground contact and improve crimping and cutting performance. Every other row is set back to ensure guards clear during travel, and it also enables the rear roller to be swapped for a longer one for full swath coverage.
Increase Versatility with Removeable Cutting Blades
The removable cutting blade was designed to provide an additional solution for managing your cover. When the cutting blade is not attached to the roller, it functions as a standard crimper. However, by simply bolting on the blade, it becomes much more versatile. Crafted from AR400, the blades offer enhanced wear resistance. If sharpening is needed, the blade can be sent back to Dawn or easily sharpened with an angle grinder, or replaced if it has worn down too much.

Increase Performance with Adjustable Guards
The movement of cover crops and weeds is essential for both the roller's effectiveness and keeping the cash crop rows clean. An adjustable guard enables optimal positioning for maximum effectiveness. This guard features height adjustments to accommodate different cover sizes and can also be flipped to push material away from the roller. This is particularly crucial when dealing with standing cash crops like soybeans that have filled out into the row, as it minimizes the risk of damaging the plants during the rolling process.

Reduce Maintenance Costs with Single Linkage Design
A single linkage system offers several advantages that enhance efficiency and reliability. By minimizing the number of moving parts, it reduces wear points, leading to lower maintenance costs in the long run. The main pivot features a greaseable design with a single grease zerk, and if the linkage becomes loose over time, the bushings can be easily replaced.

Increase Versatility with Hydraulic Control
The InRowl is hydraulically controlled, offering both manual and in-cab control options. It can be set to a specific pressure and easily adjusted for various covers and conditions. Operating the SCV continuously allows the InRowl to quickly adapt to changing conditions, ensuring a reliable crimping or cutting effect. This system is highly efficient and requires minimal hydraulic flow. By flipping the SCV direction, the rollers can be raised allowing greater distance over cash crops when turning in the field and transporting.

Increase Crimping Effectiveness with Chevron Pattern
The chevron pattern provides two key benefits: it minimizes roller bounce that may lead to crimping or cutting issues and it efficiently directs material toward the center of the roller. This design decreases the likelihood of material wrapping around the rollers, creating a thicker mat in the center of the row.
Advantages
Customizable for Your Operation
Our system is designed to accommodate uncommon row spacings, ensuring it adapts to your specific requirements. Additionally, the removable rear roller allows for easy switching to different sized rollers if your farming practices evolve in the future. The roller frame features holes for attaching liquid tubes or other accessories.

Crimper Developed for Different Stage Crimping
Whether you're looking for a full-width crimping or cutting solution for pre-planting, or require the ability to crimp or cut post-planting without damaging crops, we have the ideal solution for you. This system can be easily modified throughout the growing season to suit your specific needs, all without the added cost and complexity of multiple independent toolbar systems.
High Frame Height for More Flexibility With Plant Growth
The unit is designed with a high frame height, allowing for extended operation throughout the growing season.
